Useful photography Sites
« on: January 07, 2012, 12:24:57 PM »

I know we all have our favourite sites (as well as this one, of course) and frequently point them out to other members  when answering questions or suggesting solutions and this area may be a useful starting point for all of us...

To get the ball rolling, I have listed below some of the more useful sites and resources that I have come across and, more importantly, keep re-visiting at least once a month.

I started to work on a thread like this yesterday but you seem to have done a pretty good job with it. So long as you do not mind any of us editing your post then I will start by making this one stick.

No problems with anyone altering it, Skippy, but I do feel that it would be more useful if set up as a new board in the top menu if that is possible? It would be more visible and therefore useful if accessible directly from the Home page... is that possible?

That would be a Ryan move only. I can't do that part. I do think that we should move it to the General forum as that is the forum with the most travel.

Done.  If this section doesn't see much action though, I'll move it back as sticky under the general photography section.  I don't want to unnecessarily clutter the main page.

Never stop photographing. It is very likely that your best photograph has not yet been captured

The free photo editing sites are always helpful for those who don't have software yet...
