A bit late to this show, and I must say I have learned some things from you all.  Doodle the Sharpening last, I will start checking that out.

I do not like to type long sets of instructions, so I created a short movie showing my basic work flow.  It is on a test shot so was not the greatest subject but works.

I left something out in video so I will post another short one here in a minute or two.  It deals with NR and something I picked up from Skippy from Noise in a photo in general.

Hope this helps!

Thanks BandMan!  I picked up some good tips from your video.  I didn't know what the mask did in sharpening or that you could use the ALT/Command key with that function (I did know you could use ALT with Whites, Blacks, Highlights, and Shadows to see where lights and darks will be lost - if you haven't tried that it's a great feature).  Much to learn yet in LR!

Well, I think I remember seeing that you could do that, but not sure I remembered it as I have not used that, but I will be!  Thanks!

Suka, I haven't tried it but I was under the impression you could access Topaz plug ins via LR?

You can if you use Fusion Express.

I do have Fusion Express, and use it through LR on occasion.  I worded my question badly about utilizing noise reduction in LR only.  Personally, when using noise reduction in LR I only use the first slider.  I am hoping to learn how to use the others.  Do any of you use these other sliders in LR for noise reduction and how do you use them?
