Looks like they updated the II series to the III series... Price also dropped $30 (used to be $169 for the II on B&H, now $139 for the III).

Might have to get one.

Looks real nice. I really don't know anything about these pocket wizards. What if I were
to buy a 430ex speedlite? Which pocket wizard is more than enough to handle the 430ex?
Will it be handle 2-3 flashes?

Unfortunately this trigger / receiver does not have a  hot shoe... You would need their TT5 line for that. This one provides a trigger, for PC ports etc.
