Updating Magic Lantern Firmware (HDR video version)

Hi,
I've been using Firmware July 2011 and I love it.

I recently found out about the new Dec 31st Firmware which includes HDR video.  I'd like to try it out so I have an updating question..


I read in the manual it includes and it says all you have to do is:

-extract the firmware on to the SDcard, replacing the old one with the new one
-Load it up, and done.


Before I do that, I'd like to verify if we would have to reboot the SD card with the previous card booter software, or is there an updated one that I'm suppose to use instead?

Firstly, does the  Dec 31st Firmware contain just the autoexec.bin file ?

If it does I would suggest downloading the latest Official full release from here ---> http://magiclantern.wikia.com/wiki/Release_2011Dec22

And then copying over the Dec 31st autoexec.bin file to the memory card.

I'm not sure if any of the other files have changed dramatically from the July 2011 version, but the built in ML help/documentation will certainly of changed. So for that reason alone I would recommend installing a newer "Full" version first.
