I was waiting for my wife to get home and I saw a willing subject in my smaller Pug Gracie...so I pulled out the black foamie thing and took a shot.

I bounced the flash into the corner of the room and to her...it was actually pointed about 45 degrees shooting over my left shoulder away from Gracie.




And here is a picture of my expensive "rig"...the black foamie thing with a full CTO gel on the front.




The black foamie thing acts as a "flag" stopping light from hitting Gracie but allowing it to hit the wall and come back to light the right side of her face.
