long exposure problem

in this photo esposure time is 20 seconds. my problem is i'm always looking blurry. how can i fix that (notice: KAR=snow )
canon 18-55 kit lens, canon 75-300mm, sigma 50mm macro, helios 44-2

I would recommend having a tripod, which I'm sure you do.  When light painting, I set my focus to infinity..unless I want a person or subject to be the focal point. 

also, not sure of the level of light..if it's completely dark, or too dark for my camera to focus, I get a flashlight and shine it at whatever my camera is looking at and auto focus.

yeah i think it was a bad idea to shot moving someone in long exposure  :o

It's not a bad idea at all.. I'd recommend flashing at the start, then being around f/16 and paint away
