just make sure the quality is at 100% in the file setting section of the export.
Tiff will be higher quality than jpeg but it depends what you want to do with it next really.

I once prayed to God for a camera, but quickly found out he didn't work that way.... so I stole a camera and prayed for his forgiveness.

Skier - I'm hoping you meant 100%?  ???

Your export settings will depend entirely on what you want to do with the file... Printing would require a much larger file, with higher resolution, but if you're only posting online you can limit the file size to keep it smaller & easier to post. It just depends.

Do the scaling yourself rather than have the print shop do it. Ask them what dpi they print at (if they don't know then it's 300d.p.i.) and set that in your export settings, plus the actual size you'll be printing.
