Not at all, its very easy to do, if you at least some what computer literate you will have no issues with doing this, I know i didn't just follow the instructions step by step.

Pretty cool lighting effect. Can you tell me how you accomplished it?

I got a DIY photo studio in my basement where (from the camera's perspective) the key light is on the right at about head level (4 500w Home Depot tungsten work lamps diffused with a white, semi-translucent shower curtain on a PVC piping frame), a fill light at foot level pointing up (1 300w tungsten work lamp diffused with same thing as key light), a hair light behind the subject to the left a bit (white chinese lantern from Ikea with tungsten filament bulb), and a background light to the right and slightly behind the subject aimed at the background curtain (crappy Ikea desk lamp with tungsten bulb).  The desk lamp that I use for the background sucks.  I need to replace with something brighter.

I used the Blockbuster effect in Magic Bullet Looks to get that particular look.

If you look carefully in my sunglasses, you can see the reflection, which shows the key and fill light.

Hey bignoah, in premiere cs5, I unlink the audio and video from the clip, copy the audio and paste it in a new track directly below the original, then use the Audio Effect -> Stereo -> Swap Channel effect on the pasted clip.  This gives me sound on both channels.  Not sure but there could be an easier way of doing it.

Make sure you don't copy and paste until you've finished all your other audio post processing, otherwise you'll be doubling up your work and have to add other effects to 2 audio tracks.
