Forum Upgrade (10pm MST on September 26, 2011 - Monday)

Doing an overdue substantial forum upgrade.  Hmmm, how about I do it 10pm (MST) on Sunday, September 25, 2011.  The forum will be down during that time, hopefully for no more than a few hours.

Update:  Sorry, was too burnt out because of a film shoot yesterday to do this last night.  Will do it tonight.

I'm not sure what MST is but it sounds good to me.

Just backend stuff so the appearance shouldn't change.  Most changes are security based.
